Isle Listen’s LFC Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 

 

Isle Listen is a registered trading name of MCH Psychological Services, which is an Isle of Man registered charity, number 1024, and is registered with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) with society registration number F10325/2025.

 

Isle Listen’s LFC Prize Draw (The Draw) operates as a Society Lottery, in accordance with Section 32 of the Isle of Man Gaming, Betting and Lotteries Act 1988. The Promoter of The Draw is Andrea Chambers, Chief Executive, MCH Psychological Services, whose registered address is Mill Court, Hope Street, Castletown, Isle of Man, IM9 1AN.

 

This prize draw is open to residents of the Isle of Man and the UK aged 18 years and older only.

 

These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with Isle of Man law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts.

 

Employees of MCH Psychological Services are not permitted to enter the prize draw.

 

Entering The Draw

Entry into The Draw is made by purchasing a minimum of one ticket at a cost of £10.00. Entrants can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

 

By entering The Draw, you are accepting that you will be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Entries must be submitted by purchasing a physical ticket from Isle Listen’s offices or distributors, or a digital ticket via the webpage on islelisten.im. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.

 

For digital tickets, an email will be sent to the entrant via the email address supplied at purchase within 48 hours of receipt of confirmation of entry payment. This email will include a unique ticket number for each time the ticket purchase form has been submitted. Please note, if you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, the unique ticket number will be entered into The Draw multiple times.

Drawing the Winning Entrant

The Draw will take place at 12pm on Tuesday 23^rd December and the closing date and time for entries is 9am on Tuesday 23^rd December.

 

The Winning Entrant will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.

 

The Winning Entrant may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the charity. The Winning Entrant’s names and images will be used to announce their winning as part of The Draw unless otherwise notified by the entrant in writing by email to Isle Listen.

 

The Winning Entrant will be contacted within one working day of the closing date of the prize draw by either telephone or email. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the Winning Entrant, or should a Winning Entrant be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative Winning Entrant, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

We reserve the right to request proof of the Winning Entrant’s identity in the form of a current valid passport or driving licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill dated within three months. If the Winning Entrant cannot provide us with proof of identity and/or address that is reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another Winning Entrant.

 

Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry. Please also see our Privacy Statement.

 

Where we only hold an entrant’s data in relation to entry in our prize draw, then we will only use that data to contact the entrant in relation to our prize draw and not for any other purpose unless you have opted in to receive regular communications from us.

 

The promoter reserves the right to cancel The Draw or amend the closing and draw dates. Isle Listen’s LFC Prize Draw is subject to minimum ticket sales requirements as part of the GSC society registration. In the event the minimum number of ticket sales is not reached by The Draw date, The Draw may be extended to comply with GSC rules.

 

The Prize

There are no cash, specification, or alternatives available.

 

One winning entrant will win the prize as described in the promotion, which comprises the following three elements for two people:

• Football hospitality tickets
• Accommodation
• Travel contribution: £200 cash

Football Hospitality Tickets:

2 Chemistry Lounge UEFA Champions League Tickets for Liverpool FC vs Qarabağ FK on Wednesday 28^th January 2026.

The Chemistry Lounge tickets include (per person):

• Elevated main stand views of the pitch with walk-through access to your seat (Block M6).
• An exceptional three-course Matchday menu.
• A welcome drink on arrival.
• Complimentary beer, wine & soft drinks (please note bar service will not be available during the game).
• Tea, Coffee and light snacks at half and full-time.
• A visit from a former LFC player or former LFCW player.
• A complimentary match day programme.
• A matchday gift.
• In-lounge betting facilities.
• Satellite TV broadcasting of the LFCTV channel and match highlights.

 

Please note that the lounge opens 3 hours before the match and remains open 1 hour following.

 

Accommodation:

One night’s stay for two people in a standard twin room at Radisson RED Liverpool, on a room only rate. No other inclusions such as food and drink are included.

 

Travel Contribution:

The winning entrant will be entitled to £200 cash to help towards travel costs. There are regular flights throughout January with Loganair. The winning entrant is responsible for booking their own travel. Any additional expenses incurred above the contribution are not included in the prize draw.

The £200 travel contribution is to be paid via BACS on Monday 5^th January, subject to relevant details being provided to Isle Listen.

 

Isle Listen is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any difficulties, delays, cancellations, or other issues experienced by the Winning Entrant when redeeming or utilising any elements of The Prize. Any arrangements, bookings, or services obtained through the The Prize are the sole responsibility of the winning entrant. Isle Listen strongly advises the wining entrant has appropriate travel insurance in place to cover them in event of missed departure, weather event, delay etc.

 

The winning entrant will be bound by any applicable terms and conditions of providers involved in facilitating The Prize, including The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited (Liverpool Football Club), Booking Holdings Inc (Booking.com), and Radisson Hotel Group.
