Building a Buddy System
The aim of this course is to understand the benefits to the organisation and employees of implementing a buddy system, think about what this sort of system might look like and what makes a good buddy. The course also looks at expanding this in the organisation as coaching or mentoring programme for existing staff who would benefit from temporary structured support; outlining the key differences between coaching and mentoring, how to create a supportive environment and build positive relationships.
