
4-Part CrossFit Programme (ages 13 – 16)
CrossFit revolves around functional movements that help us to perform everyday tasks, setting us up for healthy, happy lives. Join Danny Kane from The Meadow CrossFit gym, for a 4-part programme over four weeks – spaces are limited!
What to expect
With one session a week for 4 weeks, Danny Kane from The Meadow CrossFit gym will be taking you through a variety of functional exercises and fitness activities such as squats, deadlifts, rowing machines, bikes and ski ergs. It will also involve team games, to have fun and help build relationships!
Danny is a huge advocate for mental health, and is passionate about showing young people the benefits that regular exercise can have on our overall quality of life.
