This prize draw is open to residents of the Isle of Man only and aged 18 years and older.
These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with Isle of Man law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts.
Employees of MCH Psychological Services and employees of any third-party sponsors, prize providers may not enter the prize draw.
The Isle Listen Dream Holiday Draw operates as a Society Lottery in accordance with Section 32 of the Isle of Man Gaming, Betting and Lotteries Act 1988.
Entry into the draw is made by purchasing a minimum of one ticket at £10. Entrants may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets at £10 for each ticket.
By entering the draw, you are accepting that you will be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final, and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries must be submitted via www.islelisten.im and once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way. An email will be sent to confirm your entry.
The Dream Holiday Draw will take place on Friday 30th September 2022 at 12.30pm and the closing date and time for entries is 12.30pm on Friday 30th September 2022.
A non-sequential unique ticket number will be issued for each entry and emailed to the entrant using the contact email address supplied at purchase within 48 hours of receipt of confirmation of their entry payment.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and image will be used to announce their winning as part of the draw unless otherwise notified by the entrant in writing by email to Isle Listen.
The winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw by either telephone or email. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to request proof of a prize winner’s identity in the form of a current valid passport or driver’s licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill dated within three months. If a prize winner cannot provide us with proof of identity and/or address that is reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prize winner.
The prize is as described in the promotion and is valid until 31 December 2023.
One winning entrant will win the prize valued at £5,000 which consists of £4,000 towards ONE holiday of the winning entrant’s choice, subject to restrictions, and £1,000 cash spending money. There are no cash alternatives should you not book and take your holiday before 31 December 2023 including payment of the cash spending money.
The £1,000 cash spending money will be transferred to the winning entrant’s bank account at the time of booking the holiday.
The prize must be booked using Antony Guy Travel Counsellors and taken before 31 December 2023 and you should check additional eligibility that may apply for your chosen holiday such as valid passports, visas, valid driving licences, good physical health etc.
We make no representation or warranty in relation to the prize provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to the prize’s fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
Should the winning entrant wish to purchase a holiday of value greater than £4,000, this is permissible BUT it will be the winning entrant’s responsibility to make payment for the difference.
Should the winning entrant purchase a holiday of value less than £4,000, this is permissible BUT no cash or credit notes will be issued for the difference for use at a future date towards another holiday.
The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and there are certain holiday providers that Antony Guy Travel Counsellors may not be able to offer.
The prize does not include insurance. It will be the responsibility of the prize winner (and, if applicable, each Guest that accompanies them) to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to obtain.
You must comply with the terms and limitations of airlines, other transport providers, and the venues involved in the provision of any holiday prize, including any insurance policy relating to the holiday. Entrants must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the prize winner (and/or any Guest(s) that accompanies them) that arises out of their failure to arrive at any holiday destination or return home from any holiday destination, nor will we have any obligation to substitute an alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner (and/or their travelling companion(s)) is unable to travel to any holiday destination or fails to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or charity as a result thereof.
The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the charity.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel the draw or amend the draw date.
