Jack Freeman takes on the 95-mile Raad ny foillan

Let us introduce the amazing Jack Freeman, a Fantastic Fundraiser who will be running the 95-mile Raad ny foillan in September in aid of 5 charities close to his heart, including Isle Listen.
Jack told us “Running has given him so much and I want to help my local community…my own experiences have taught me the importance of mental health, and the work Isle Listen does in schools is vital to help young people learn the skills to cope with life’s difficulties.”
The benefits of physical activity on mental health are well-known and Jack started running during the lockdowns to help him cope and he quickly developed a love for it, especially fell running.
