Mental Health and Wellbeing Workplace Training
It is important that employers and their workforce know how to address mental health and wellbeing and support one another. Our workplace-based training equips employers and their workforce with the knowledge, skills, and resources to recognise the early signs that someone may be struggling.
According to St John Ambulance, 1 in 4 people have left their job due to mental health or wellbeing issues at some point in their career.
Our courses range from just 1 hour to a full day and are designed to enable people in the workplace to spot the early signs of a mental health issue, or help someone potentially struggling to manage their own mental wellbeing, even if it’s as simple as an ear to listen or acknowledging they’ve not seemed quite themselves lately.
