Mental Health and Wellbeing Workplace Training
It is important that employers and their workforce know how to address mental health and wellbeing and support one another. Our workplace-based training equips employers and their workforce with the knowledge, skills, and resources to recognise the early signs that someone may be struggling.
Our courses range from just 1 hour to a full day and are designed to enable people in the workplace to spot the early signs of a mental health issue, or help someone potentially struggling to manage their own mental wellbeing, even if it’s as simple as an ear to listen or acknowledging they’ve not seemed quite themselves lately.
Our Mental Health & Wellbeing Courses
Starting from just £25 per person
All our courses are regularly updated in-line with changing evidence-based practice and continually draw upon the expertise of our accredited therapeutic team. All course content is overseen by our Clinical Lead who is a Professor of Clinical Psychology with over 40 years’ experience. As an addition, any attendees on our courses have access to ongoing support from one of our accredited mental health therapeutic team.
Case Study: Supporting IFGL to improve employee wellbeing
IFGL wanted to equip its 100 Line Managers, across three sites, with the knowledge and skills with how to effectively support its workforce where early signs of mental health issues might occur. To date, 99% of its managers have now taken part in Isle Listen’s vital mental health and wellbeing training.
Isle Listen is a charitable initiative entirely funded through the generous support and donations of the local community. Can you help us?
Every penny donated helps us to continue our work towards removing the stigma surrounding mental health and support young people.
