Isle Listen in the Workplace Isle Listen in the Workplace

Mental Health and Wellbeing Workplace Training

It is important that employers and their workforce know how to address mental health and wellbeing and support one another. Our workplace-based training equips employers and their workforce with the knowledge, skills, and resources to recognise the early signs that someone may be struggling.

Workplace mental health awareness training is a key part of our wish to remove the stigma surrounding mental health and helping employers and their workforce to feel emotionally empowered and effectively supported with their wellbeing.

Learning and Development

Our courses range from just 1 hour to a full day and are designed to enable people in the workplace to spot the early signs of a mental health issue, or help someone potentially struggling to manage their own mental wellbeing, even if it’s as simple as an ear to listen or acknowledging they’ve not seemed quite themselves lately.
