Isle Listen in the Workplace Isle Listen in the Workplace
Around 1 in 6 employees experience a mental health or wellbeing issue each year. While the reasons behind it are not always work-related, it is important that employers and their workforce know how to address mental health and wellbeing and support one another.

Our Learning and Development team offer workplace-based training to employers and their workforce, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to recognise the early signs of mental health episodes.

Learning and Development

Workplace mental health awareness training is a key part of our wish to remove the stigma surrounding mental health and empowering employers and their workforce to feel emotionally and effectively supported with their wellbeing.

Our courses range from just 1 hour to a full day and are designed to enable people in the workplace to spot the early signs of a mental health issue, or help someone potentially struggling to manage their own mental wellbeing, even if it’s as simple as an ear to listen or acknowledging they’ve not seemed quite themselves lately.
