Mental Health and Wellbeing First Aid Refresher
This workshop will help you explore what has worked and what has not so far from your toolkit of support since your initial training. With a focus on re-capping skills already in place, you will have a unique opportunity to share actions that have worked well and those you have struggled with. You will be able to share in a safe environment with peers, and build upon your learning with tools used within the world of counselling and therapy to keep up to date with good practice in your role as a Mental Health and Wellbeing First Aider.
Who should attend
Anyone who is in a supportive role who has attended our First Aider training and wishes to refresh their knowledge and gain updated developments in potential wellbeing strategies.
