We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm. Isle Listen is not a crisis service and only offers planned interventions. Should you or someone you know be in need of immediate support outside of our office hours you should contact Manx Care’s 24 hour Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team on 01624 642860 or the Emergency Services on 999.

Mental Health Training

We equip people with the skills and resources to support someone struggling with their mental health.

The benefits of mental health training

Developing a supportive wellbeing culture can have measurable results to your organisation. Understanding mental health and the impact on individuals will allow you to recognise the indicators and how to take appropriate
action. By not gaining the knowledge, it can have a detrimental effect on your organisation and can negatively influence employee absences, retention, productivity and attracting new talent.

Special Offer Training

As part of our work with organisations across the Island we know that there is a growing trend for improving individual and organisational resilience.

With this in mind, we have developed two new courses “Imposter Syndrome in the Workplace” (1 hour) and “Dealing with Rejection” (1.5 hours) which each focus on key areas that might impact our resilience.

We are offering these short courses as a special offer during July and August for organisations to book, either as a virtual or face to face session. Sessions are for 6-25 people and cost £500.

Get in touch with us to book your session.
