There is much evidence and many reports that blue spaces help our mental health and immersion in cold water floods our system with hormones that will aid sleep and counteract the feelings of depression and anxiety. And not to mention, its great fun!

Come along with friends, family and why not persuade your kids to get out of bed and join you for a morning exhilarating dip?
Whether you’re a regular “dipper” or would like to try it for the first time, you’ll be very welcome and well looked after by our volunteers and your friendly fellow dippers.

It is with thanks to Ramsey Crookall, that your entry fee and all funds raised at the event, will stay right here on the Isle of Man and go directly towards helping us to continue our essential mental health and wellbeing services and therapeutic support in the Island’s schools. Our mission is to help young people recognise the importance of mental health and teaching them the skills and emotional resilience to navigate the stresses and setbacks that will face them throughout life.

If you can’t make it to Port Erin at 8am that day, feel free to sign up anyway and we will arrange for you to collect your goody bag. Then take a dip whenever you can that week and then share your photos using #seadipforsanity22.
