We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm. Isle Listen is not a crisis service and only offers planned interventions. Should you or someone you know be in need of immediate support outside of our office hours you should contact Manx Care’s 24 hour Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team on 01624 642860 or the Emergency Services on 999.

What is Cold Water Immersion?

What if you can’t join us on the day, or want to host your own sea dip?

If you can’t join us in Ramsey, don’t let that stop you! The benefits of sea dipping can be so beneficial for our mental health, that we want as many people to give it a go as possible.

Sign-up anyway and host your own dip whenever and wherever suits you during Mental Health Awareness Week.

Make sure to share your photos using #seadipforsanity23 and tag us!

Why not seek sponsorship for taking part in the dip?

If you’d like to fundraise for us as part of your participation in the dip, by getting sponsored by family and friends, thank you so much!

By doing so, you are enabling us to continue providing our essential mental health support and education in schools, and 1-to-1 therapeutic support for young people up to the age of 25. Which we do completely free of charge.
