This prize draw is open to residents of the Isle of Man only aged 18 years and older and is not available to employees of MCH Psychological Services, the organisation of which Isle Listen is a trading name of.

The Isle Listen Staycation Draw operates as a Society Lottery in accordance with Section 33 of the Isle of Man Gaming, Betting and Lotteries Act 1988.

Entry into the draw is made by purchasing a minimum of one ticket at £10 and entrants can enter as many times as they wish, at £10 for each entry.

Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entries must be submitted via islelisten.im and once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way. An email will be sent to confirm your entry.

A unique ticket number will be issued for each entry and emailed to the entrant using the contact email address supplied at purchase within 3 working days of receipt of confirmation of their entry payment.

The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and image will be used to announce their winning as part of the draw unless otherwise notified by the entrant in writing by email to Isle Listen.

The winner will be contacted on the day of the draw by telephone or email or within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The staycation prize is as described in the promotion.

One winning entrant will win the prize valued at over £1,200 and the staycation prize must be booked and taken before 31 December 2021.

The accommodation element of the prize is a 3 night stay in a choice of either the Ellan Vannin or Keys Cottage, Castletown properties which is limited to a maximum number of people as listed on the Island Escapes website.

The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

Should the winning entrant wish to stay for additional nights, this is permissible BUT it will be their responsibility to make payment for the difference and will be subject to the chosen property being available.

The winning entrant will be subject to the standard Island Escapes’ guest ‘terms of stay’ which are available from them when making your reservation.

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the charity.

Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry. Please also see our Privacy Policy. Where we only hold an entrant’s data in relation to entry in our Staycation Draw, then we will only use that data to contact the entrant in relation to our Staycation Draw and not for any other purpose unless you have opted in to receive regular communications from us.

Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or charity as a result thereof.

These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with Isle of Man law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts.

The Staycation Draw will take place on Friday 7 May 2021 and closing time for entries is 9am on the day of the draw.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel the draw or amend the draw date.
