Overview – Stress Identification and Management
This workshop provides an understanding of what may lead to stress and poor mental health, how to support and build resilience for yourself and others, including practical tools around time management and sleep. We will look at the physical and emotional reaction to stress and how we can recognise unhelpful stress in ourselves and others.
Overview – Understanding Burnout
This course focuses on burnout in the workplace, the risk factors, recovery and how we can build a toolkit to look after ourselves.
Who should attend
Anyone who is concerned about the impact of stress or burnout on themselves, or their colleagues, and wants to gain a deeper understanding.
