We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm. Isle Listen is not a crisis service and only offers planned interventions. Should you or someone you know be in need of immediate support outside of our office hours you should contact Manx Care’s 24 hour Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team on 01624 642860 or the Emergency Services on 999.

Active Souls (ages 6 – 12)

Mikey from Active Souls firmly believes that exercise can be driven by enjoyment and community, and that play can become the gateway to a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle – simply put, childlike play with one objective, FUN!

Get Creative Workshops (ages 6 – 12)

Creativity is important for self-expression. Each of our workshops have a specific theme, tailored to build self-confidence and positive coping strategies in young people.

4-Part CrossFit Programme (ages 13 – 16)

CrossFit revolves around functional movements that help us to perform everyday tasks, setting us up for healthy, happy lives. Join Danny Kane from The Meadow gym, for a 4-part programme over four weeks – spaces are limited!

Dungeons & Dragons (ages 11 – 18)

D&D is a role-playing game where you work together to complete interactive dynamic challenges as a group. It’s great for problem solving, teamwork, social development, building imagination, creativity and much more.

Healthy Transitions to Secondary School (new Year 7 students)

Moving from primary to secondary school can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. Giving children a chance to meet their peers and build relationships ahead of the move can help support the transition.
