Our work is centred around early intervention and prevention; helping to avoid the unnecessary escalation of mental health problems.

We provide mental health support in schools through our low-level one-to-one Listening Service and wide-reaching educational programme, mental health training to equip people with the skills and resources to support someone struggling with their mental health, and a counselling service employee benefit for employers that offers support and advice on issues that might be impacting employee wellbeing and performance.

Why what we do is important

We firmly believe that mental health education should be embedded from an early age and that everyone should have access to effective mental health support at the point of need, not the point of availability

Our outstanding mental health support for young people is provided free of charge, but to do this, we rely on charitable fundraising and your help. Your support makes it possible.

Get involved!

There’s lots of ways you can support us to remove the stigma surrounding mental health whether that’s taking part in an event, fundraising for us or involving your company.
