We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm. Isle Listen is not a crisis service and only offers planned interventions. Mental Health Training

We equip people with the skills and resources to support someone struggling with their mental health.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Workplace Training

It is important that employers and their workforce know how to address mental health and wellbeing and support one another. Our workplace-based training equips employers and their workforce with the knowledge, skills, and resources to recognise the early signs that someone may be struggling.

By training with us, you will also be enabling us to continue helping and supporting the mental health of our Island’s young people, free of charge.

We are proud to have been awarded CPD accreditation for our most popular and valuable courses.

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) represents learning activities where professionals can engage to develop and enhance their knowledge and skills. Our CPD accredited courses can be used to track your career advancement and sustain professional qualifications. We provide a certificate upon successfully completing accredited courses so you can formally record your CPD.

Our Mental Health & Wellbeing Courses

The foundation of our courses is psychological evidence-based theory and cognitive behavioural therapy. They are specifically designed for the Isle of Man and regularly updated in-line with changing evidence-based practice, continually drawing upon the expertise of our accredited therapeutic team.  Attendees on our courses will also have access to ongoing support from one of our accredited mental health therapeutic team.

The benefits of mental health training

Developing a supportive wellbeing culture can have measurable results to your organisation. Understanding mental health and the impact on individuals will allow you to recognise the indicators and how to take appropriate
action. By not gaining the knowledge, it can have a detrimental effect on your organisation and can negatively influence employee absences, retention, productivity and attracting new talent.
