Supporting you, so you can feel confident supporting them
Here to help you support young minds
We understand that guiding children through life’s challenges can feel like a big responsibility. That’s why we offer a range of services with you in mind. From free in-person and phone drop-ins where you can ask questions and share experiences, to in-depth workshops that build lasting knowledge and skills, we’re here to make things clearer, easier, and more manageable — so you can feel prepared and supported.
Drop-In Sessions
Looking for some support? We offer ‘drop in’ sessions via phone call, where you can informally chat to members of our therapeutic teams about any worries, concerns or unanswered questions you might have about a young person’s mental health and wellbeing. Please view our drop in calendar and book via the link below.

Mental Health Training
Our mental health training courses are designed to give participants confidence, knowledge and practical tools they need to support both their own wellbeing and those around them.
Through our interactive courses we explore ways to recognise when someone may be struggling, how to respond effectively, and where to turn for further help if needed. By learning together in a supportive environment, you’ll gain skills that can make a lasting difference at home, in the classroom and within the wider community.

Ways you can help yourself
An important part of what we do is helping people discover simple ways to care for their own mental wellbeing, or that of others — before challenges start to feel overwhelming. We’ve pulled together some practical tips and everyday advice to make doing so a little easier.
