Help us stop the stigma
We’re entirely funded through the generous support of our local community and all funds raised stay right here on the Isle of Man. Please help us to continue our essential work to stop the mental health stigma. Your donations make a real and lasting difference.
1 in 4 of us have a mental illness, ALL OF US have mental health.
Why give to us?
We are entirely funded through the incredibly generous support of our local community, as well as through grants and private trusts. For nearly 40 years our charity has provided vital emotional and psychological support to people on our Island living with life-changing conditions and, more recently, vital early intervention and prevention mental health support in schools, the workplace and community by Isle Listen.
Our Island community have always been at the heart of what we do. Every penny we raise stays on the Isle of Man. As we look to the future, the continued involvement and support of this community is vital – supporting our “Stop the stigma” campaign, enabling us to maintain our early intervention offering and building emotional resilience in young people across the Isle of Man.

Provides therapeutic aids and materials for use by our Art Therapists in primary schools.

Gives one young person each month the opportunity to access our Listening Service in school and talk about feelings they’re finding difficult to manage.

Supports the delivery of a school holiday session for children focusing on confidence building and self-esteem.
