Isle Listen’s Summer Sail Prize Draw 2026 Terms and Conditions

Isle Listen is a registered trading name of MCH Psychological Services, which is an Isle of Man registered charity, number 1024, and is registered with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) with society registration number F10325/2026. 

Isle Listen’s Summer Sail Prize Draw 2026 (The Draw) operates as a Society Lottery, in accordance with Section 32 of the Isle of Man Gaming, Betting and Lotteries Act 1988. The Promoter of The Draw is Andrea Chambers, Chief Executive, MCH Psychological Services, whose registered address is Mill Court, Hope Street, Castletown, Isle of Man, IM9 1AN. 

This prize draw is open to residents of the Isle of Man and UK aged 18 years and older only. 

These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with Isle of Man law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts. 

Employees of MCH Psychological Services are not permitted to enter this prize draw. 

Entering The Draw 

Entry into The Draw is made by purchasing a single ticket at a cost of £5 per ticket. Entrants can purchase multiple tickets, up to a maximum of 20 tickets per transaction. There are 2000 tickets available within the draw. 

By entering The Draw, you are accepting that you will be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Entries must be submitted by purchasing a digital ticket via the webpage on islelisten.im. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way. Alternatively, physical tickets may be purchased from Isle Listen or their distributors.

For digital tickets, an email will be sent to the entrant via the email address supplied at purchase within 48 hours of receipt of confirmation of entry payment. This email will include a unique ticket number for each time the ticket purchase form has been submitted. Please note, if you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, the unique ticket number will be entered into The Draw multiple times. 

Drawing the Winning Entrants 

The closing date and time for entries is midnight on Sunday 30^th August 2026, except for physical tickets, for which counterfoils must be returned to Isle Listen by 4pm on Wednesday 26^th August 2026 to be included in the draw. If you enter after this time your entry will not count but you will be charged. The Draw will take place at midday on Monday 31^st August 2026.

The Winning Entrant(s) will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date and time. 

The Winning Entrant(s) may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the charity. The Winning Entrant’s names and images will be used to announce their winning as part of The Draw unless otherwise notified by the entrant(s) in writing by email to Isle Listen. 

The Winning Entrant(s) will be contacted within one working day of the closing date of the prize draw by either telephone or email. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the Winning Entrant(s) or should the Winning Entrant(s) be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative Winning Entrant, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

We reserve the right to request proof of the Winning Entrants’ identity in the form of a current valid passport or driving licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill dated within three months. If the Winning Entrant(s) cannot provide us with proof of identity and/or address that is reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another Winning Entrant(s). 

Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry. Please also see our Privacy Statement. 

Where we only hold an entrant’s data in relation to entry in our prize draw, then we will only use that data to contact the entrant(s) in relation to our prize draw and not for any other purpose unless you have opted in to receive regular communications from us. 

The promoter reserves the right to cancel The Draw or amend the closing and draw dates. Isle Listen’s Prize Draw is subject to minimum ticket sales requirements as part of the GSC society registration. In the event the minimum number of ticket sales is not reached by The Draw date, The Draw may be extended to comply with GSC rules. 

The Prize 

There are no cash, specification, or alternatives available. 

Two winning entrants will win one prize each as described in the promotion, which comprises of:

Isle Listen is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any difficulties, delays, cancellations, or other issues experienced by the Winning Entrant(s) when redeeming or utilising any elements of The Prize. Any arrangements, bookings, or services obtained through the prize are the sole responsibility of the winning entrant(s). Isle Listen strongly advises the Winning Entrant(s) has appropriate travel insurance in place to cover missed departures, weather events, delays, or other contingencies.
