Step Challenge
Thanks to the generous support of Zurich International and the Z Zurich Foundation, the Mental Health Awareness Step Challenge back for the second year running! Help us on our quest to get active and take action for mental health. With your support we can raise up to £10,000 to support our young people’s mental health.
Mindful Morning
Isle Listen’s next sea dip will make a splash in Mental Health Awareness Week, this event is kindly sponsored by Ramsey Crookall. Take time to get outside with friends and family and enjoy the great outdoors with a sea dip and stretch in aid of Isle Listen.
Dress Green Day
Come together for a ‘Dress Green Day’, a simple, visible way to show support and spark conversations about mental health.
The Isle of Man Dodgeball Championship
Thanks to the generous support of Flutter International, The Isle of Man Dodgeball Championship is back for the second year running! Our friends at Active Souls are also joining us back on the court to join the fun and ensure smooth running of the tournament.
Gambling with Mental Health
A Talk with Dr Matt Gaskell, an international expert in gambling disorder, and the founder and clinical lead of six regional gambling addiction clinics for the National Health Service across the north of England. He is a Consultant Psychologist, with twenty-five years’ experience in the assessment and treatment of addictive behaviour. Dr Matt will also explore themes of online gaming and social media.

From organising internal initiatives such as bake sales or a wear green day, to getting involved with our step challenge or lunchtime walks, there’s lots of ways you can take action.
