School Referral

You can refer a young person for support using the link below. You will be directed to a secure external website to complete the referral.

For support to be beneficial it’s crucial that the young person consents to the referral and is willing to engage. In addition, please ensure that parental consent is gained directly from the parent for all young people under the age of 16.

There will be occasions when Isle Listen will need to contact a parent or contact the school to provide information regarding a young person. Please confirm on the form that consent has been gained.
