The New York City Marathon course is challenging because of its hills and bridges. The race takes runners through all five boroughs of New York City, starting on the Verrazano–Narrows Bridge on Staten Island and passing through Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx, before finishing in Central Park. The marathon is one of the world's most famous races, attracting 50,000 runners each year.

The Dublin Marathon is the fourth largest marathon in Europe attracting more than 20,000 runners. Now significantly oversubscribed, runners are drawn to a fast, flat course that starts and finishes in the heart of the city, taking in Dublin’s historic landmarks. It’s popular for it’s cool autumn temperatures but more importantly the Irish festive atmosphere that is with you the whole way around the course as the city comes alive to support you take on this challenge!

The Athens Marathon is like no other on Earth and is recognised as the original authentic marathon course. When you run the marathon, you run in the very footsteps of the ancient gods and heroes that gave birth to western civilization. The finish line is in Athens’ magnificent Olympic Stadium, the birthplace of the modern Olympic Games. The city has come alive for centuries for this monumental event the crowd cheering you through this epic challenge!

The Berlin Marathon is an annual 26.2-mile (42.2-km) footrace through the streets of Berlin that traditionally takes place in late September. The Berlin Marathon is considered to have the fastest course of the world’s six major marathons.

Expedition Limitless 2023 is a group expedition above the Arctic Circle, organised by Omnia Mind, who are looking to take 12 people from the Isle of Man to Sweden for one of the world's most remote and extreme snowshoe adventures. The 2-part expedition will involve a week of training in Northern Sweden in January 2023 (22nd - 28th January), followed by a 110km self-supported expedition week further north in the Arctic Circle in March 2023 (26th March - 4th April), and really is a once in a lifetime experience! Through the expedition, Omnia Mind have two goals: 1. To raise £50,000 for Isle Listen 2. To demonstrate the innate resilience within young people when given the opportunity

As our charity enters its 40th year, we are extremely proud that Isle Listen has become the Island’s leading mental health charitable organisation and a catalyst for positive change towards the approach to mental health, through our mental wellbeing education, prevention and transformative early intervention. After what has been a challenging and unprecendeted few years for us all, you are invited to join us for a night of celebration with live music by local artists Nova Band, and a gorgeous three-course summer menu prepared by local chef, Chris Franklin.
