We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm. Isle Listen is not a crisis service and only offers planned interventions. Should you or someone you know be in need of immediate support outside of our office hours you should contact Manx Care’s 24 hour Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team on 01624 642860 or the Emergency Services on 999.

Active Souls (for ages 6 – 11)

Mikey from Active Souls firmly believes that exercise can be driven by enjoyment and community, and that play can become the gateway to a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle – simply put, childlike play with one objective, FUN!

You can join us and Mikey for some playground games on the following dates:

Tuesday 2nd August, 10am to 11.30am, at Cronk y Berry Primary School
Tuesday 9th August, 10am to 11.30am, at The Buchan School
Tuesday 16th August, 10am to 11.30am, at QEII High School
