Advanced Mental Health and Wellbeing First Aid

Overview

This hands-on, interactive session has been designed to encourage open discussion and explore support options that might not have been considered, signposting externally and using organisational pathways of support. Builds on existing skills, and introduces new models and strategies, including mediation and our MASK model for First Aiders.

Who should attend

This session is designed for previously trained Mental Health First Aiders and who would benefit from additional tools in their role.

We have been awarded CPD accreditation for this course. CPD (Continuing Professional Development) represents learning activities where professionals can engage to develop and enhance their knowledge and skills. This course can be used to track your career advancement and sustain professional qualifications. We provide a certificate upon successfully completing this course so you can formally record your CPD.
