Get Creative Workshops (ages 6 – 12)

Creativity is important for self-expression. Each of our workshops have a specific theme, tailored to build self-confidence and positive coping strategies in young people.

Workshop themes:

  • Masks – Encourages self-reflection and expression, allowing young people to reflect on how they view themselves versus how they feel others view them.
  • Worry Dolls – Make your own Guatemalan worry dolls that can then be put under your pillow, and in the morning will have gifted you with the knowledge and wisdom to help with your worries.
  • Positivity Jar – Make a positivity jar to boost self-esteem and trigger positive memories. By making a positivity jar, you can celebrate all the good stuff in life.
  • Sea Glass – Create beautiful art with sea glass to show your creative side, have fun, and relax.
